Our client is a well funded, fast growth consumer services & technology startup that is transforming the way home maintenance is performed. Growing rapidly in greater Austin and launching in other cities soon, they are looking for Home Maintenance Technicians who take pride in their ability to deliver high-quality solutions and build lasting relationships.

If you bring some hands-on experience - personally or professionally - in the property maintenance, home repair, or remodeling space, we will provide a supportive, robust training program, and the tools for you to be successful. This is a long-term, full-time, salaried (plus full benefits) position where you will have the opportunity to grow a territory and take on increasing responsibility within the organization.  

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for problem solving.

• You find yourself getting enjoyment out of fixing things yourself. 

• Knowledge of a hands-on trade (Home Maintenance Remodeling, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Appliance Repair, Carpentry, etc.) 

• A passion for learning. You may know little about HVAC or how to fix a dishwasher but are excited to learn. 

• Great communicator. Great listener. Great people skills.  

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and pass pre-employment background.
