As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth, connect with customers and shape our client's future. You’ll support the day-to-day sales process with new customers, including lead development, content strategy, and new customer onboarding.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated team player who possesses strong communication and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Growth opportunities exist in both sales, sales management as well as marketing/operations as the company plans to expand nationwide.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Converts warm, inbound leads on the phone to enrollment bookings. These are casual, informative conversations with customers who've already expressed interest in the service.
- Manage inside sales process from lead to close, provide a timely and accurate response and follow up through CRM system.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry.
- Help distribute content that educates and drives consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
