Our client is an early-stage, VC-funded technology company, based in downtown Austin, TX that is building a tech-enabled consumer service. They are closing on their Series A round of funding and will be expanding throughout TX as well as Nationwide in the future.  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As our Front End Engineer and one of the early team members, your primary focus will be the development of all client-side logic for our SaaS product written in React.  A good candidate will ensure high performance and responsiveness of front-end rendering and have experience with React. We are made up of small teams that move fast and we want to work with exceptional software engineers, who are excited about working at a smaller, fast-moving startup.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop high-quality software with attention to detail
• Have an eye for UX, and a strong desire to enhance the user experience.
• Implementation of security and data protection

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience developing front-end systems powered by RESTful API
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Excellent grasp of computer science fundamentals. 
• Experience using Angular, Vue.js, or React
• An understanding of what makes high-performance front-ends operate & scalability
