    This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US, preferably near a major hub. We will be hiring in major hubs in New England / East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, South, etc.(E.g.Chicago, NY, LA, Austin / Dallas) to ensure nationwide sales coverage. 

    Our client is an Enterprise B2B (Business to Business) Solutions provider in the healthcare space.  

    Covid-19 has brought on unprecedented and fundamental shifts in the healthcare market that will be here to stay. Our client is in the health testing space and has a goal to grow its enterprise client vertical from 2MM last year to 200MM by 2022. The demand is unprecedented and the solution isn't necessarily complex but does require an exceptionally qualified Senior Account Executive reporting to the CRO who has an extreme bias for action and is activity driven. You will scale additional significant revenue opportunities specifically with Health Insurance Payers and In-Home Care Companies while cultivating and closes new relationships. This role will pursue net-new relationships and the ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a relentless hunter, and possess a consistent track record of sales over-achievement.

    Responsibilities

    • Be a driving force in the success of the company's enterprise goals & objectives through exceeding individual sales quota
    • "Call High" at the leadership / influencer / decision maker level within prospective accounts. 
    • Qualify sales opportunities based on established sales methodology & metrics, to include customer fit and success criteria
    • Identify, cultivate and close on net-new business
    • Build account plans and strategies for targeted top Health Insurance Payer accounts and In-Home Care Companies requiring health / Covid-19 testing solutions. 
    • Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business
    • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools

    Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years of direct enterprise B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying sales role
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing enterprise deals. 
    • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
    • Located near a major travel hub and willingness to travel as needed
    • Activity-minded with a bias for action and ability to think differently and creatively. 
    • Interest in building a startup within a startup. Energized by the challenge and the prospect of working in a chaotic, forming environment. 
    • A growth mindset. Demonstrated success and growth throughout your career.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience selling into the health insurance payer or in-home care market. 
    • Any relevant healthcare specific background / knowledge. Have any idea of what a serology test is or how to pronounce "Nasopharyngeal" Swab?
