    Our client is a fast-growing player in the realm of global reverse logistics solutions, focused on the IT, enterprise, and mobility sectors. Headquartered here in Austin, they are rapidly scaling their production capacity, and are in need of a Production Analyst & Scheduler to guide the team in the right direction through analytical insights to make their facilities as efficient as possible. 

    The person brought on for this role will have overall responsibility for all elements of warehouse production planning and scheduling (including material and resource planning and customer SLA attainment) with a focus on improving efficiency at every step.

    What you will be doing:

    • Oversee the daily processes and throughput. Develop, evolve, and monitor KPIs tied to customer obligations.

    • Utilize data analytics tools to drive valuable insights to direct critical business decisions and enable efficiency.

    • Optimize production workflow.

    • Customer SLA Attainment: monitor and prioritize contractual obligations at an account level.

    • Collaborate across the business with all departments to maintain quality.

    • Leading and inspiring the production department. Plan, monitor and analyze. 

     

    About you:

    • A proven ability to utilize internal and external data sources, product documentation and other resources to research and resolve client technical issues.

    • A demonstrable track record of success with Manufacturing flow through and analytical skills.

    • An expert in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics) and a bias for business intelligence and analytics.

    • Prior management of operational support readiness teams.

    • Strong working knowledge of supply chain and/or manufacturing best practices.

    • A business understanding of how production needs to meet the criteria for the company's revenue goals.

    • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal, or time served experience.

    • APICS certification preferred.
