Job Description

We are looking for an Advisor Service Representative to support our client's group of investment advisors. The Advisor Service Representative will report to the Chief Operations Officer and be responsible for interfacing daily with investment advisory clients and their needs.

Responsibilities

· Provide client and administrative support to the investment advisory client base, including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements as well as other client directives

· Support relationships with broker-dealers

· CRM and database management

· Office administration

Desired Qualifications

· 3+ years in a client service support role. Undergraduate degree required

· Brokerage and investment advisory firm experience preferred

· Experience maintaining and protecting sensitive and confidential information

· Strong verbal and written communication skills; a self-directed, highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
