POSITION TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
POSITION REPORTS TO: Director, Marketing
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Team and their day to day operations by performing various clerical tasks such as managing the marketing calendar, communicating deadlines, providing weekly summaries, updating reports and spreadsheets, working inside the CRM database (Salesforce), helping arrange virtual meetings, and other projects as assigned by the manager or other managers as time allows.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Act as the primary owner and organizer of Simplicity’s marketing calendar.
● Coordinate submissions to our Compliance team surrounding collateral that pairs up with marketing calendar events.
● Ensure effective communication for the marketing leadership team on all calendar deadlines and activities.
● Assist with content creation for various marketing initiatives.
● Support the Marketing Team by helping with various other marketing tasks that may or may not be related to digital marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a 4-year degree and previous similar experience preferred. A positive attitude and focus on team success are a must.

Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously producing error-free work. Ability to work alone and with a team.
COMPENSATION:
● Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 depending on skill and experience
● Annual target bonus (up to 5% of base salary)

OFFICE LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona (*will be relocating to Phoenix by year-end)
