    Job Description

    Sr. Engineer is responsible for providing expertise across multiple domains like Contact Center Applications (SSE, UAD, Telephony, Chat), Oracle EBS, API usage. Successful candidate should be a quick learner with a penchant for acquiring new skills and strong technical focus. Candidate should possess strong communication skills and be a team player.

    FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

    • Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience
    • Strong working technical knowledge of implementing and maintaining Contact Center Applications like telephony, chat, messenger and social customer communication channels
    • Strong knowledge ReactJS framework.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud
    • Experience of working in a large-scale enterprise applications
    • Experience working with global implementations.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams seamlessly and provide technical direction to these teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium projects independently.

    FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED

    • Familiarity with JIRA
    • Familiarity with GIT
    • Knowledge of tools API gateways SOA and AWS
    • Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) is preferable
    • Knowledge of OMNI Channel call center applications
