Business Development Manager/Account Manager (IT Staffing)
Job Description
As a Business Development Manager/Account Manager you will be provided all the tools required to be successful. Which includes a well-established recruitment and sales leadership team. You will report directly to the VP of Sales. You job duties require you to procure new direct clients, build existing relationships, generate MSPs from major suppliers and work closely with the support team to fine tune the process of recruitment. In doing so you are responsible to present top-tier candidates to the clients. The role will require critical thinking capabilities thereby providing existing and new clients with comprehensive business solutions for their short-term and long term goals.
As BDM/Account Manager you will represent SIMPLIFIED IT SOLUTIONS. as a face of the company therefore you are expected to fulfill client needs to the best of your ability and as well as attend weekly video conferences with the support staff and leadership team.
