CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WITH 3PL ROUTING & GARMENT INDUSTRY EXP – Logistics company seeks CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) with prior 3PL, Routing and Garment industry experience to work at their facility Mira Loma, CA. This facility is regularly cleaned and sanitized according to CDC requirements.

YOU WILL EARN $16 - $24 AN HOUR, DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WHERE YOU’LL WORK MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM – 5PM, PLUS OVERTIME, AS NEEDED. UPON DIRECT HIRE BY THE COMPANY, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICAL BENEFITS.

AS A CSR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ROUTING ORDERS TO RETAIL CLIENTS, SCHEDULING SHIPMENT PICK-UPS AND:

• Updating shipping schedules.
• Monitoring open order reports to ensure customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Creating bills of lading, pick sheets and labels.
• Responding to all inquiries via email or telephone.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND:

• Prior retail routing experience.
• Garment Industry experience.
• Be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to work overtime, as needed.
