DRIVER RECRUITER WITH DOT EXPERIENCE - Simplified Labor Staffing Solutions seeks a DRIVER RECRUITER WITH DOT EXPERIENCE to identify, source, and recruit qualified truck drivers out of our office in Savannah, GA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DRIVER RECRUITER WILL INCLUDE:

• Advertising job openings.
• Reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
• Filling out I-9 forms, verifying DOT documentation and ensuring candidates are complaint with all requirements.
• Entering new hire information into the applicant tracking system and onboarding new hires.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF RECRUITING EXPERIENCE, A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS AND:

• The ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Good computer skills and prior job board experience.
• The ability to fill out clear, legible written reports, as well as payroll records and other forms.
• Bilingual is a plus!
