Simplify3D is looking for an experienced designer to create engaging and on-brand communication for a variety of online and offline platforms. In this role, you will work with all levels of the organization to create technical illustrations, iconography, web page designs, brochure layouts and photo concepts that effectively tell our story and educate new and experienced users on the many features and benefits of our software. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will conceptualize visuals, illustrations and designs based on the requirements provided.
• You will create materials for print and digital media including sales collateral, website page designs, application assets and iconography.
• You will independently create original work and fresh design comps that help support our evolving brand and product offerings.
• You will present comps that are distinctly different from one another thereby allowing management to clearly see alternative creative approaches and design directions.
• You will seek feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goals.
• You will ensure that projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• You will ensure that all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, optimized and on-brand.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a technical or engineering industry.
• You can provide a strong portfolio of graphics, layouts and designs personally created by you.
• You have proven knowledge of the unique design and image optimization techniques for all forms of media, including websites, emails, compiled applications, collateral and social media platforms.
• You can ask clarifying questions, stay on task and accept critical feedback.
• You have excellent computer skills and a strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and common web and graphic design formats. You have proven experience using WordPress (or similar CMS)
• Experience implementing designs on the web using CSS and related UI frameworks.
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You are a quick and avid learner who enjoys challenging problems and who will persevere to learn what is necessary to find the solution
