We are seeking an experienced LEASING CONSULTANT to provide customer service that is beyond outstanding. We're looking for a driven, intelligent person who regularly goes the extra mile. This is a work from home position.
Responsibilities
- Use strong customer service skills and a consultative approach to cultivate prospective residents and recognize their needs regarding the property, neighborhood qualities, and location
- Handle thorough and accurate follow up on all leads within the anticipated timeline
- Negotiate lease terms and signings, and review documentation with new residents
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow team members
- Manage and respond to large amounts of incoming calls, voicemails, texts, or emails from Simplifyy's current residents
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high level of resident satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Enter all current resident maintenance requests into the SuperRenter system
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed or as directed by the leadership team and any additional responsibilities as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to read and write Spanish fluently is a plus
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
- Prior leasing experience strongly preferred
- Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy required
- Ability to successfully comprehend and display knowledge gained during training courses
- Must have internet available at home
ATTENDANCE/TRAVEL
- Due to property staffing limitations, position requires that individual be able to work scheduled hours on a consistent basis and, if necessary, overtime hours when requested
- Travel may be required as necessary to attend training and other company functions
