    Paramount Companies specializes in Commercial and Residential Electric and Low Voltage systems. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Security/Hardware Technician & Integrator to join our company!

    JOB DUTIES/SKILLS:

    • Exhibit trustworthiness and reliability
    • Access Control Systems - Implementing, Badging, Troubleshooting & Maintenance
    •  Security Camera Systems - IP Cameras, VMS Software Implementation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance
    • Security/Hardware system design and operation knowledge and a general understanding of commercial electrical systems is preferred
    •  Knowledge of Security/Hardware Management Systems is Required
    • Schlage & Assa Abloy Door Hardware & Integrated Lock Experience Required
    •  Proficient in all areas of IT Required - Networking, Windows, Software Integration
    •  Proven background with reviewing Security/Hardware design specifications & plans to provide proper solutions and execute successful projects for our clients
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Required
    •  Ability to think and work independently - meeting deadlines as required
    •  Ability to test Security/Hardware Systems and train all clients on proper use of their systems - develop and write internal & customer operation manuals on a per project basis
    •  Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall project process with Management
    • Conduct Customer site walkthroughs to estimate both Security/Hardware Installations & Service Opportunities
    • Work directly with clients & staff throughout the design, development and delivery process with the support of Management Staff
    • Provide Technical response to all customer questions, issues, or concerns in regard to any aspect of their project and be able to present workable and lasting solutions

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-4 Years’ Experience (References Required)
    • Valid Missouri driver’s license with no adverse driving history
    • Health Insurance Available

    • Full Time Position - 40 Hours per Week (7am – 3pm M-F)  (Need to be able to handle Overtime Hours on a as needed basis & Flexible Work Hours)
