Chemical company in St. Louis, MO is hiring a bulk tanker driver. Must be a team player and have a “customer first” attitude.

Starting pay $23.00 per hour first 90 days, then potential of $25.00 after that.

Hours are typically Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.  May require weekends and overtime.

JOB DUTIES:

• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and/or pick up route for the deliveries.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Demonstrate safe forklift operations.
• Delivers packaging to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Unloading and loading of bulk tankers and railcars.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Will need to pass a background screening test.
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested).
• Must have a clean MVIR. 
• Good understanding of Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices.
• Knowledge of proper hazardous material handling, DOT and RCRA requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work outside throughout the year.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Certification (No restrictions).

EXPERIENCE

• Preference given to 2 years driving experience for the chemical industry.
