    Simploy is an innovative and growing PEO based out of St. Louis MO. We are a locally-owned company that supports the administrative functions of our small to mid-sized client companies including but not limited to Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits etc. We are currently seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to support our growing client base. We are looking for Part Time employment. This position is flexible as to the days worked.

    This position will be reporting directly to the Controller. This role will support the accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Monthly reconciliation of benefits invoices as well as reconciliation to general ledger
    • Benefits payments
    • Daily uploads with bank
    • Daily uploads/postings to General Ledger
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

    Candidate Requirements

    • High school degree required
    • Experience with Accounts Payable
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Exceptional mathematical skills
    • Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Experience with Intacct a plus
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment

    Schedule : 3 days a week, we are flexible on schedule and days worked.
