    Paramount Companies has an immediate opening for an Accounting/Project Coordinator. We are looking for a well organized, self starter candidate who has the ability to work independently. This position will be working directory with the Leadership Team on a Daily Basis (President, Vice-President, & Operations Manager). We need someone who is proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks Accounting – Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc. as well as Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMIN/DATA ENTRY

    • Maintain Accurate Data within QuickBooks
    • Office Management (Phone Calls, Messaging, etc.)
    • Aid in Scheduling Aspects – Projects, Appointments, Meetings, etc.
    • Create Job Costing Reports for completed Projects
    • Attention to Detail
    • Complete Weekly Payroll through processing of Timesheets into QuickBooks
    • Experience running payroll in QuickBooks
    • Aid the Leadership Team with Accounts Receivable on a daily basis
    • Aid Leadership Team with Accounts Payable on a daily basis
    • Run weekly GPS Audits from Internal system on all Company Vehicles
    • Execute & Maintain Government contracts as needed
    • Prevailing Wage Experience a Plus
    • Full Range Customer Service
    • Maintain and Track Material & Equipment Inventory
    • Ability to assist with the Ordering of Material & Equipment from Suppliers
    • Ability to document and track all material/equipment Returns to/from Suppliers as needed
    • Maintain & Tack Company Fleet Vehicles (Service, Licensing, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience:
      • Office Management, 1 year (Preferred)
      • QuickBooks Accounting, 1 year (Required)
      • Human Resources, years (Preferred)
      • Construction/Contracting Industry, 2 years (Preferred)
      • Government Contracts, 2 years (Preferred)
    • Education:
      • High school or equivalent (Required)
      • College or equivalent (Preferred)

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS FOR THE ADMIN/DATA ENTRY

    • Salary $15 - $22 an hour
