SimpliHomes is a family-owned business based in Wentzville, Missouri. We are a Real Estate investment company that buys and sells homes. We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Handyman Maintenance worker who can assist on other duties our subcontractors cannot get to. We are based out of Wright City, MO and cover a 2 hour radius and you will be paid for drive time. A company vehicle will be considered or mileage reimbursement on your vehicle at $.40 per mile.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs in homes. Most of the time homes will be vacant.
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
• Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
• Must have strong multi-skill background to perform small to medium size home repairs.

Requirements and skills:

• Electrical: 8 years (Required)
• Plumbing: 8 years (Required)
• Carpentry: 8 years (Required)
• Problem solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during the renovation process.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when needed.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Excellent time management skills to finish project in timely manner.
• Willing to do multiply repairs at various locations in one day if needed.
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time; Monday through Friday

Pay: $56,160.00 - $72,800.00 per year
