Position will be based in San Antonio TX.  This firm plans, designs, and constructs hospitality units across the country, serving as the GC on all builds.

Perform general HVAC duties in new construction, renovations and maintenance of company owned properties  Assist HVAC Field Coordinator

And HVAC technicians to accomplish assigned tasks requires for HVAC installation, start up and commissioning.  Assist HVAC Field Coordinator in the

installation and commissioning of both DDC And non-DDC building HVAC controls.  Will also verify testing of pipe and tubing joints, troubleshooting,

and layout assistance with Contractors. Detailed knowledge of HVAC installation, tools, design prints, testing et6c. needed.  Strong customer service,

communication and leadership skills important. 

Travel will be required to construction projects regularly, sometimes extended duration.  Generally travel will be rotational with 10 days out and 4 days at home.

All travel expenses company paid, including per diem, lodging,  and vehicle availability with team.

Minimum 5 years experience and some college level education (junior college) is needed.  Opportunity for growth is significant for the right individual.

This is an hourly position and generally overtime will be readily available.  Income should be in the $70K range.  Full and comprehensive company benefits
