THE OPTIMAL CANDIDATE REQUIRES STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION, THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND EFFICIENTLY MULTI-TASKING IN A FAST-PACED WORK ENVIRONMENT._

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • Computer savvy
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
    • Must be local within 25 miles.
    • Must have a desire to learn: We will train and requires self-education
    • Type at least 35 wpm
    • Prospect for new business
    • Run cost savings comparisons
    • Educate merchants on the payments processing industry
    • Open and close sales for services and provide account management for customer retention
    • Sell, work with installers, and provide consultancy for hardware, accounting and POS software
    • Draft sales/training manuals

    Major Pluses:

    • Accounting, IT, Banking, or financial services industry background
    • Experience with HTML coding
    • Experience with ACT!
    • Experience using QuickBooks
    • QuickBooks certifications or ProAdvisor
    • Social media, eBay, Amazon savvy
    • Merchant services and/or ERP industry experience preferred

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

    Administrative Tasks

    • Build your job description
    • Welcome and train new agents/partners/sales employees with our systems
    • Support existing agents/partners/sales employees with their marketing and sales support needs
    • Get feedback from agents/partners/sales employees and customers about our online systems and coordinate with the Web Development and IT department to simplify, clarify and automate

    Design, Web development, SEO, Advertising

    • Design and email monthly marketing newsletters with special/creative promotions including annual partner and customer surveys
    • Coordinate with vendors for permission to use their trademarked logos and advertising tools
    • Facilitate new solutions like banner ads for marketing and advertising needs
    • Search Engine Optimization and Marketing and other marketing tools such as social networking and media to bring in more sales
    • Defining Partner and Customer Channels including marketing to small banks, accounting, IT, web development and bookkeeping professionals
    • Help with the company's logo and portal design, colors and aesthetics, company slogan and branding of the company name
    • Maintain our website and online store in additional to marketing for our online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and others by keeping up with the item descriptions, promotions, images etc.
    • Basic Web design ability
    • Knowledge on basic web development
