CALL CENTER AGENT - SIMPLY BIOTECH

Immediate opening for a Call Center Agent in Carlsbad, CA who possesses:

• Diploma and 1+ years of experience with heavy calls (60-70 daily)
• Experience with soft sales/scheduling appointments for sales is a huge plus
• Strong verbal, written communication skills for phone and email correspondence(bilingual spanish a huge plus)
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred

ANSWER INCOMING CALLS AND PLACE OUTBOUND CALLS TO PATIENTS AND TO DOCTOR’S OFFICES, ANSWER INQUIRIES AND QUESTIONS, HANDLE HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION, PROVIDE INFORMATION, CREATE LEADS, BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH DOCTOR OFFICES

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Proficient in relevant computer applications 
• Required language proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology 
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment 
• Good data entry and typing skills 
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes 
• Knowledge of health insurance and experience working with HIPPA
• Bilingual – complete fluency in English and Spanish – is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Outstanding listening skills 
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation 
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Adaptability, stress-tolerant, resilient
• Teamwork
