    FULL DESCRIPTION: THE SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING ALL ASPECTS OF THE COMPANY'S DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIES ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS AND DRIVE LEAD GENERATION FOR SUCCESSFUL MARKET ADOPTION OF THE COMPANY'S RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS. IN THIS ROLE, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL INFLUENCE STRATEGIC DECISIONS TO HELP DRIVE THE BUSINESS FORWARD. REPORTING TO THE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE MARKETING TEAM AND IS EXPECTED TO COLLABORATE WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS IN THE COMPANY FOR UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM MARKETING ACTIVITIES WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS.

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business partners and leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large and complex sets of data from multiple sources.
    • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
    • Must have proficient written, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to influence across the organization at all levels.
    • Motivated self-starter must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Create roadmaps for digital marketing initiatives and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
    • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives, landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, and placements.
    • Monitor campaigns to ensure initiatives are pacing well relative to budgets and targets.
    • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate records of marketing KPIs for lead generation activities.
    • Optimize the campaigns for reaching lead generation KPIs.
    • Drive implementation of customer-centric campaigns for multiple market segments.
    • Pay-per-click
      • Manage Google AdWords and ads platforms.
    • Paid Social
      • Manage the company's social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).
      • Manage LinkedIn and Facebook Ad Centers
    • SEO
      • Improve company SEO and keyword ranking.
      • Contribute to blog strategy and guest posting.
    • Management of our CRM database
    • Create new product launch digital campaigns as needed.
    • Contribute to various cross-functional teams such as:
      • Implementation of internal Voice-of-Customers in collaboration with the customer success team.
      • Develop tools and communication strategies to increase microfluidic cartridges usage
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and various stakeholders.
