FULL DESCRIPTION: OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A STRATEGIC AND RESULTS-ORIENTED SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN THE MARKETING TEAM. THE SENIOR MANAGER WILL LEAD AND DRIVE GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS TO GENERATE AWARENESS AND DEMAND FOR OUR GLOBAL PORTFOLIO OF CDMO SERVICES (PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, PLASMIDS, AND MRNA MANUFACTURING IN GMP ENVIRONMENT. THE SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUAL WILL SPECIFICALLY LEAD THE STRATEGY, PLANNING, MANAGEMENT, DEPLOYMENT, AND PROMOTION OF COMPELLING CUSTOMER-CENTRIC CONTENT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS THAT DRIVE NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, DEEPEN ENGAGEMENT, AND MOTIVATE CUSTOMERS TO ACT.
The selected candidate will further possess:
- Experience leading marketing for large life science portfolios
- Experience working in a CDMO/GMP environment is required.
- Possesses a solid technical messaging skillset to understand complex topics, abstract the key elements, create a concise key messaging capturing value proposition, and anchor the messaging across multiple audiences
- Experience in driving B2B marketing campaigns in multiple channels
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires successful management of multiple projects and resources concurrently and with great attention to detail
- You have demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital marketing channels (social media, web, etc.) and tools (Salesforce, marketing automation, etc.)
- Collaborates efficiently and effectively with an ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication, organization, analytical, digital, project management, and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to travel as up to 20%
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Deliver go-to-market and innovation strategies for the complete portfolio, and oversee the tactical initiatives required to achieve them, including market intelligence, market development, advertising and communications, channel strategy, sales training and support, and new product, IP, and service projects
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of programs, including marketing campaigns and new product launches, and direct adjustments to ensure maximum ROI on activities
- Build and maintain customer and industry relationships and company visibility necessary to drive the business strategy
- Interface with users, key opinion leaders, and customer-facing internal teams such as Sales, Scientific Support, and Product management through regular field visits, conference attendance, and industry expert panel participation.
- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results for new and existing services.
- Leverage existing content/develop content for use in digital channels including, but not limited to, website, banners, search, social, email, and public relations
- Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Propose and execute on customer and market research programs to provide key market insights and actionable business outcomes
- Maintain knowledge of the trends and competitive activity relevant to the product lines and relevant markets
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize the channel mix on campaigns to achieve a high return on investment
- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.
- Interact with varying levels of internal and external personnel, including direct customer communication, KOL engagement and management, and public presentation
- Work with internal partners including Business Development, Alliance Management, Technical Sales, Product Management, and R&D compliant develop key initiatives impacting pipeline awareness.
- Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to support short and long-term business objectives.
- Create technical marketing content in various forms (written, presentations, video, etc.) for deployment across multiple online and offline channels (print, speakerships, web, social media, etc.).
- Translate and deliver all aspects of a technical messaging campaign (content creation, marketing channels, alignment, briefing, speakerships, trade shows, etc.).
- Work with internal Marcom and liaise with external media agencies to develop campaign requirements, content, and creativity.
- Develop CDMO service workflows and accompanying content to demonstrate end-to-end solutions for specific applications and support buyer journeys.
- Interact with varying levels of leadership to report on progress and escalate challenges.
- Provide support to distributor & business development team to implement programs to drive lead generation and awareness activities to meet revenue goals.
- Attend trade shows to provide technical support, including organizing and delivering training workshops and seminars.
- Create technical marketing materials for the launch of CDMO services.
