    FULL DESCRIPTION: OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A DYNAMIC, FAST-PACED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THIS PERSON WILL INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES AT ALL LEVELS. THIS ROLE WILL HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR A WIDE RANGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDER MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A RESPONSIVE, EMPATHETIC, RELIABLE, PATIENT, RESOURCEFUL, AND ASSURED MANNER.

    _ _The selected candidate will further possess: 

    • Proven customer support experience
    • Professional communication proficiency
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving/critical thinking
    • Strong multi-tasking abilities to complete activities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Results-driven self-starter
    • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure

     

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Provide a sophisticated level of customer service
    • Provide clear communications with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of order fulfillment.  
    • Respond and own all inbound requests by email/phone, fulfilling requests in a friendly, professional & prompt 
    • Assist with customer complaints, order placement, errors, questions, billing, etc.
