    • Degree and 3 years of experience or 6+ years of experience with no degree   
    • Experience with medical, biotech or healthcare type customer service   
    • Strong customer service skills over phone, via email and working with software systems

    FULL DESCRIPTION: _ CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF AN ASSIGNED GROUP OF CLIENTS BY PROVIDING LABORATORY SUPPLIES UPON REQUEST OR AT SET INTERVALS; INFORMING THE LABORATORY, AND OFFICE STAFF OF THE CLIENT'S SPECIAL REQUESTS, AND ENSURING THOSE REQUESTS ARE PROPERLY EXECUTED; PROVIDING PHONE AND EMAIL SUPPORT TO CLIENTS TO RESOLVE DISCREPANCIES AND FULFILL THEIR REQUESTS. IN ADDITION, THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE NEEDS OF THE ASSIGNED SET OF SALES BY PERFORMING ALL NECESSARY SYSTEM SET UP FOR NEWLY ESTABLISHED CLIENTS._

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • Previous medical / Lab customer service preferred but not required.
    • Requires excellent organizational, detail oriented, verbal, and written skills.  
    • Experience working with MS Office and/or MS Windows based software applications is required.
    • Eagerness to meet the most demanding client needs.
    • Ability to work harmoniously as a member of the team.
    • Demonstrates courteous phone manners.
    • Ability to compose clear, concise, and professional written communication.
    • Strict attention to detail and organized. Precise when performing clerical tasks. 
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 
    • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to shift gears according to the priority of tasks.
    • Capacity to work independently once given adequate instructions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use. Ability to learn new computer systems. 
    • Drive for results (Service, Quality, and Continuous Improvement) - Ensure procedures and processes are in place that lead to delivery of quality results and continually reassess their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement. 
    • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and work environment. 
    • Self-directed and highly motivated. 
    • Dependable individual whose personal values include honesty and integrity.

     

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Performs client services duties as needed for Clients, Clinical Laboratory, and Sales.
    • Provides information to accounts on order status.
    • Functions as a primary point-of-contact for Sales.
    • Extracts data form the Laboratory Information system, when requested by clients, Sales Directors, or pathologists.
    • Monitors the requests of client laboratory supplies and reorders, as needed.
    • Supports all Client Services Department initiatives.
    • Ensures new client set ups are executed efficiently and accurately.
    • Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.
    • Accepts other duties as assigned.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of Client satisfaction with Client Services.
    • Fosters a positive safety culture in which no one gets hurt.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
