Our guests love us. We are proactive and communicative with our guests. Our lease renewal rate is 87% which is incredibly high. We expect to treat all with respect and honesty. No slumlords here! Responsibilities: Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes Qualifications: Past sales experience is preferred Some weekend and evening hours required Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling High School Diploma or equivalent Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 yearly
