Operations Manager

Summary

Are you a bit of a control freak and perfectionist? As the Operations Manager at Simply Mac you are responsible for setting a standard for operational excellence within your location. Creating an environment where everyone is held to a high bar around organization, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and service excellence is just part of the job. Operations Managers are an integral part of a successful retail store and the stepping stone becoming a store manager within our company.

Requirements

• You are inquisitive and have a passion for getting to the bottom of things before moving on to the next item on your list

• You are agile enough to be amazing back of house but can lead from the front and drive a sales culture with the best of them

• You are a great teammate who believes we are better as an organization when everyone is successful

• You are humble and a willing receiver of feedback, from peers and managers, as a growth opportunity

• Contributing to the companies objectives by limiting shrink within your location through individual attention to detail and training of others

• A willingness to do whatever is needed to help the company grow including being a sales and service driver when leading the store

• Create promoters of our brand by providing transformational experiences to every customer

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years or older • High School Diploma or equivalent
