Our awesome Solar Consultants do well for themselves:

• $40k base salary with full benefits and 401k

This is a flexible position perfect for those that are driven to succeed and do whatever it takes. We set hundreds of appointments for our Solar Consultants every month and you’ll get plenty of opportunities, but we also expect that you fill your calendar with activities that will help you become a success to the tune of $200,000+. We have Consultants that are already doing it and are happy to share their secrets for success.

We use only the best systems to give you every opportunity to shine: Aurora, Salesforce, Slack, Gong, and Chili Piper are some examples of tools that will give you an edge in the field.

** As a Simply Solar Outside Sales Representative, you will:**

• Follow up on company generated appointments
• Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies
• Design and create detailed solar energy plans and proposals
• Close contracts in-home and virtually
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients during the production process, while our dedicated project managers manage your projects

** Requirements**

• ** 2+ years of proven track record in solar sales**
• Outstanding closing and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity, honesty, and ability to speak with any and all homeowners
• High proficiency with computers and online tools
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current HIS license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Reliable and always available transportation
• Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred

** Nice-to-Have Skills**

• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Estimating experience
• College degree
