We are seeking a Licensed Architect, with an accredited degree in Architecture, or similar, to join our diverse and creative team. This is a full-time, long-term, salaried position.

As an Architect you will serve as the primary client contact while maintaining a positive relationship with the entire project team and supervising the design and technical delivery of projects.

Your Responsibilities

You will oversee the planning and execution of multiple architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion.

You will be leading project teams in the development of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

You will identify and mitigate risks that may impact project schedules, budgets, or quality.

You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

You will prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, such as building codes and zoning regulations.

You will mentor and coach junior project managers and other staff members.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

10+ years of experience managing architectural projects.

Licensed professional in the State of Nevada or carry NCARB certification.

Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, is highly desirable.
