    WE are a strategic scientific agency that BUILDS BRAND HEALTH for our clients and we're currently expanding. We need a CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER (CSM) to join our dynamic team. The CSM will be responsible for helping to support multiple clients and their brands and will act as a core team member. The CSM will be responsible for supporting specific projects as well as the entire Client Services team as needed. He/she will also effectively and efficiently manage the client relationship and communicate all client needs to their team leader.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the client relationship, with SVP, to ensure an exceptional client experience and 100% client retention.
    • Understand project strategies and implement tactics accordingly.
    • Support all project management efforts of assigned projects including timelines, quality, budget, strategy and specs.
    • Pro-actively supports and communicates timelines and milestones of all assigned projects.
    • Manages all project details to ensure all actions are accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Collaborates with the Scientific, Strategy, Creative and Engineering groups on all assigned projects.
    • Ability to work independently but demonstrate strong team/collaboration skills.
    • Participates in regular client and staff meetings.
    • Stays current on industry news and events.

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a healthcare, medical communications or scientific agency.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Master's degree a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail, specifically in the science of project management.
    • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
    • Enthusiasm, positive attitude and a sense of humor all while multi-tasking.
    • Excellent technology skills with a high proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
    • Skilled with web-conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
    • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac environments is a plus.
    • Enthusiasm, positive attitude and a sense of humor is always appreciated!
    • Available to travel as required, may be up to 25% of the time.
