Simpson Norton Corporation is the leading supplier of equipment used to maintain outdoor environments in the Arizona, New Mexico and Las Vegas markets. We are responsible for the sale, assembly, delivery and maintenance of a wide variety of specialized equipment and utility vehicles manufactured by industry leaders such as Toro. We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to provide Administrative Support to our customers and internal employees. We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer and multi-tasking skills. Must be reliable and have excellent troubleshooting and repair skills. Must have own general hand tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive walk-in, online and telephone service requests from customers and SNC Employees.
- Triage service requests to order correct parts for repairs so equipment can be repaired on the first visit, reducing customer down time.
- Ensure customer expectations are met by creating service repair orders and scheduling repairs with SNC Technicians and customer needs in mind.
- Following up with Technician schedules to close open tickets in a timely manner. This includes verifying part availabilities and updating customers and employees of repair updates.
- Scheduling delivery of new equipment sales and shop repairs with customers.
- Creating Delivery Portfolio’s for New Equipment deliveries.
- Keep work area organized and neat in appearance.
- Work closely with internal departments such as parts, sales and purchasing to better understand overall customer requirements to assure a low effort customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge on equipment to provide solid, accurate information to customers.
- Perform other duties as necessary and requested to successfully complete job. Includes seasonal work flow fluctuations.
- Give feedback on ways to continuously improve department procedures, and provide customer training when necessary.
