Job Description
We are searching for a professionally driven individual to oversee and manage a small office environment with an emphasis on accounting and finance. This individual will directly interface with the Company President and our outside CPA firm on the monthly close and generation of monthly and end of year financials.
Additionally, this position includes wearing several “hats” e.g. developing, managing, and implementing operational procedures and policies for the business and support services functions of the facility. Proven experience in establishing & implementing accounting procedures, fiscal reporting methods, procedures for payment of invoices and other related activities is necessary. Additional support services will involve direct and indirect involvement with outside providers of payroll, insurance, 401K plans, property control & information technology. Applicants must be of high character, have a great sense of humor, and demonstrate absolute mastery of essential accounting functions. We seek someone who can provide leadership and possesses the experience, skill and desire to help us continually improve processes and administrative efficiency
