The Mammography Tech performs mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and needle localizations.
Required Skills
Completed accredited course in Radiologic Technology or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
Minimum of two years of experience in radiology imaging modalities. One year of mammography experience preferred.
Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT ) (M), current state permit/license as General Diagnostic Radiographer, and current State of California Mammographer License.
Previous supervisory/managerial experience required
