MUST HAVE A CURRENT VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO APPLY Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Connect with potential home buyers and provide them with information about available properties that meet their search criteria.  • With the assistance of a transaction coordinator, work with buyers from showing to a successful closing. • Turn prospective clients into qualified buyers by consistently following up and adding them to the sales pipeline. • Retain knowledge of current market conditions, sales/representation contracts, and closing statements to ensure a smooth transaction for all clients. • Arrange showing appointments, assist with team open houses, attend community events, and participate in ongoing training in the field.  Qualifications: An established track record of successful real estate sales Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • MUST HAVE A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Show a track record of previous real estate success or willingness to begin a positive track record • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends or the desire to gain the experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary • Must possess great communication, interpersonal skills, and the DRIVE TO SUCCEED Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
