Responsibilities: • Connect with potential home buyers and provide them with information about available properties that meet their search criteria. • With the assistance of a transaction coordinator, work with buyers from showing to a successful closing. • Turn prospective clients into qualified buyers by consistently following up and adding them to the sales pipeline. • Retain knowledge of current market conditions, sales/representation contracts, and closing statements to ensure a smooth transaction for all clients. • Arrange showing appointments, assist with team open houses, attend community events and participate in ongoing training in the field. Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have valid Real Estate License • Show a track record of previous real estate success or willingness to begin a positive track record • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends or the desire to gain the experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary • Must possess great communication, interpersonal skills, and the DRIVE TO SUCCEED Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
