POSITION SUMMARY:
You are a mature and authentic person, with strong EQ sensibilities and have a demonstrated track record of success adapting your recruiting expertise across a variety of challenging roles. Your experience as a recruiter is fueled by your passion to build and be a part of a team that maintains a high technical bar and prioritizes an inter-disciplinary and collaborative work environment. The impact of your efforts will be instrumental in our growth as you execute on ambitious hiring plans, rapidly scaling our organization.
You will adeptly lead Hiring Managers through the Talent Acquisition process and help create structure out of ambiguous environments. Your long-term focus will be building out our manufacturing and commercial teams but you will initially work on a variety of R&D roles from entry to senior level.
This role offers flexible working arrangements that include a mix of in-office facetime/relationship-building time with managers and home office-based recruiting. However, the role will be based in San Diego at our corporate headquarters.
