Put your life sciences and/or medical education to work as a part of our growing marketing and business development team. In this role, you will support the day to day marketing and customer development needs. Duties will include: - Routine maintenance and execution of programs with the ZOHO CRM and Marketing platform, including customer and prospect data input. - Support sales team to coordinate meetings, create customized proposals and quotes, sales presentations, and help to create and input contracts - Help business development team to coordinate and set up beta programs and generate new leads: research prospective customers via linkedin and other channels. - Coordination of lead generation activities: Execute email marketing programs, search and social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal team and external vendors. - Oversee the company's social media outlets and coordinate weekly posting, acting as a liaison with internal team and external contractors to generate appropriate content. - Research relevant industry trends/themes articles, etc to support social media strategy - Monitor company's website, social and email campaign analytics and generate reports as needed. - Support CEO as needed with other research and new business development projects as needed. Qualifications: BS or advanced degree in research science or medical-related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and be highly organized. Must have experience with powerpoint or other design/presentation software platforms Working knowledge of social media platforms and google analytics is preferred Prior experience with CRM platforms and email marketing preferred.
