Job Description
Full‐time Accounting / HR Manager needed for a Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory. This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the monthly close process, including monthly reports, analysis of the balance sheet and income statement. Duties include: monitoring sales and services provided; monthly accruals and deferrals; liaison with external CPA; supervision of accounting; budgeting; forecasting; ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close. Administering HR functions as needed; cross functionally with other departments to support overall goals; monitoring and analyzing work to be more efficient; assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and supports other departments along with the operations director for special projects. CPA or MBA is preferred, but not required.
