    Job Description

    The position will report to the Parking Lot Operations Manager. This position will report to either the Edina office or the St. Michael office and be able to commute to both offices throughout the season.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare road surfaces for line striping materials- removing pavement markings from roadway surfaces.

    • Operating line striping equipment and utilizing various tools of the trade to layout and stripe parking lots.

    • Inspect, clean, and maintain tools or equipment.

    • Safely operating trucks/machinery and hauling equipment to and from job.

    • Follow proper operating procedures with all equipment.

    • Other duties as assigned by management

    • Proactive and able to prioritize daily tasks.

    • Ability to accurately record and document work performed.

    • Be flexible with changing decisions as the business demands.

    • Strong desire to build and maintain working relationships and succeed as a team.

    • Friendly, positive outlook, and show initiative and commitment.

    Experience/Requirements:

    • High School education or equivalent

    • Valid Driver’s License required

    • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical

    • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen

    • Clean Driving record

    • Experience in parking lot striping and painting a plus

    Job Type: Seasonal. Hourly, Full-time, hours may vary with the seasonality of the business. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Also, be available to work overtime if needed.
