PURPOSE OF THE POSITION (why the position exists in the organization)
TASKS (Express the behavior tasks most relevant to fulfill the purpose of the position) Tasks 1. Manage all modules of the required systems (SAP, power bi, EXCEL, ETC). 2. Implement procedures and systems for correct execution of the area. 3. Design, control and analyze KPI's (operational and economic), which allow monitoring the operation of sales via the CMPC USA warehouse. 4. Enter orders to the warehouse according to commercial request in a timely manner. 5. Execute Release to Warehouse, ensuring dispatch in a timely manner. 6. Track deliveries and execute postings in the system in a timely manner. 7. Keep a record of damages to the warehouses with backups according to procedures. 8. Execute monthly or by request crosschecks between SAP stock and Warehouse stock. Investigate and regularize discrepancies. 9. Carry out physical inventory audits according to procedure or upon request. 10. Centralize billing of services related to Boxboard. 11. Ensure the correct allocation of costs to the supply chain for their control and management, leaving a record of the GVV according to established procedures. 12. Control and manage extra costs of Boxboard operations. 13. Generate monthly explanations on GVV, deviations and action plans. 14. Deliver reportability and control progress of critical milestones weekly and upon request (entry, dispatch, billing). 15. Ensure operational excellence to achieve commitments with the OTIFOB client. 16. Maintain relationships with the Boxboard Commercial Area, Agents and Suppliers for the entry and management of services. 17. Generate a collaborative work environment with the team. 18. Comply with and enforce company strategies and policies.
EDUCATION University Education. Civil Engineer, Commercial/Business Engineer or similar.
