    • Plan the most logical and cost-effective way to get our products from Point A to Point B.
    • Where should the product ship from? Our warehouse or directly from the port?
    • Do we have inventory for the entire order? Short shipping costs us money and the customer is not happy.
    • What is the most economical way to ship that ensures the products arrive in one piece and as scheduled? Price is important but service is equally so.
    • Reduce our freight/warehouse costs while optimizing our performance.
    • Improve communication, transparency and planning by preparing an analysis of monthly reporting of logistics-related KPIs (ex: inventory, delivery performance, customer ratings, freight costs, etc.). Derive recommendations from this data to correct areas of deficiency and drive positive business results.
    • The main Point of Contact (POC) for our Customs Brokerage relations.
