We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. ** Essential Functions:**

• Load product onto the machines and secure them properly.
• Operate dicer, slicer, and shredder, following recipes and proper blade setups.
• Verify quality and quantity of prepped product prior to feeding.
• Coordinate with Prep and Packing teams.
• Gather data from machine manuals and experience to develop highly skilled expertise.
• Oversee and train assistants
• Maintain equipment and report on equipment malfunctions
• Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping of the specific production line and general area.
• Comply with lockout/tagout guidelines
• Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations.

** Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:**

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Speak and write English satisfactorily
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Active listening skills

** Physical Demands:**

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time

** Schedule:**

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday
• Schedule: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• 34-40 hours per week

** Compensation:**

• $16.50 - $18.50/hour
