The administrative assistant works directly with the senior leadership team, performing administrative tasks in support of all company channels and departments.

| Duties and Responsibilities: |

- Supports senior leadership and the company at large with general operational tasks.
- Plans and schedules meetings, presentations, and other office-related events.
- Provides input and suggestions to office workflows to improve efficiency.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written reports and summaries of data.
- Manages office communications via phone, email, or other methods with company personnel, vendors, partners, and customers; prepares outgoing mail and packages
- Performs tasks related to inventory management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Physical Requirements: |

- Office environment with frequent sitting, typing, and use of a computer
- The office is located on the second floor of an older building; must be able to walk up and down stairs several times per day without the aid of an elevator.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license for occasional driving tasks
