Job Description

Sisu Energy LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator- Dispatcher that will support our oilfield and OTR divisions. Sisu Energy is a 24/7 operation, managing freight both by dedicated lanes and brokerage, utilizing various types of trailing equipment to fulfill customer needs. Candidate will need to be comfortable with 10-12/hour shifts, available on holidays and available to work nights if needed. We adhere to all current CDC COVID 19 guidelines and commit to a safe environment. We strongly recommend vaccinations outside of religious or personal health exemptions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of macro and micro supply chain principles

1 year OTR and/or Oilfield Bulk Commodities Dispatch Experience

7 Days/Week, Night Availability is a MUST

High School Diploma Required- College Experience a Plus

Strong Communication Skills

Strong Computer Skills

Self Starter, Go Getter, Multi-Task Oriented

People Passion & Cu Required

Oil and Gas Experience

DUTIES:

• Receive, build, prioritize and dispatch loads by appointment time/region
• Ensure all vital information is entered in our TMS platform
• Interact and maintain customer relations with internal/external stakeholders
• Monitor shipments being transported and manage all compliance issues with drivers
• DOT HOS knowledge a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Comfortable with computers in general
• Multi-tasker, People Passionate, Customer Service
• Strong customer service, phone skills

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Previous dispatch experience preferred, not necessary
• High School Diploma required, college courses a plus
• Comfortable in high stress environments
• Must be comfortable with conflict resolution while maintaining a respectful, polite disposition
• Calm demeanor in general
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible hours, weekends a must
• Oil and Gas experience a strong plus

Compensation is negotiable based upon experience, willing to train the right candidate.
