We’re an established architectural design firm seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to lead and support diverse projects in residential, municipal, and site development design. What You’ll Do:

• Design and manage medium-scale civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Contribute to site development, utility layouts, grading, stormwater management, and more.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams — including architects and engineers — to ensure cohesive and compliant project execution.

• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions (local, regional, and national travel as needed).

• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies in a professional and communicative manner.

• Interpret and review engineering plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.

• Assist with budget planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting for ongoing projects.

• Oversee design, procurement, and construction processes while ensuring adherence to scope and standards.

• Participate in proposal development, cost estimation, and contract coordination.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in civil design and project delivery

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Knowledge of Water, Wastewater, Gas, Electric, and Hydraulic systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions

• NCEES Certification required (PE not required)

• CFM Certification is a plus

• Experience with federal projects, specifications, and contract oversight is highly desirable

• Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and client meetings
