Job Overview:
Our Site Coordinator position involves creating and supporting mentoring relationships between high school students and their younger peers in local school districts. Our Site Coordinator also provides case management services to the children and their families when necessary. The program occurs during after-school hours, where mentors and mentees participate in activities to encourage the development of the mentoring relationship and help develop their educational and life skills. The Site Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising these activities and acts as an ambassador between the organization and the partner districts, spending a significant amount of their workday in the schools.
Qualifications
● High School Diploma or Equivalent Required;
● Experience working with children;
● Commitment to advancing the lives of children and young adults;
● Valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - 19.75 per hour
