Site Leader - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k/year - Atlanta, GA

• Our client, a Manufacturer in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Site Leader to join their onsite team.
  
• In this role, the Site Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire facility in terms of safety and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the facility is optimized for safety
  
• Communicate with plant staff on responsibilities and daily needs
  
• Serve as a leader to plant staff with ongoing training and mentorship
  
• Hire and train new plant staff as necessary
  
• Support all corporate policies in the plant
  
• Monitor all inventoried materials to ensure accuracy
  
• Manage environmental and maintenance issues as needed
  
• Assist with purchasing and billing as needed
  
• Build and maintain supplier relationships
  
• Manage plant P&L

Qualifications:

• Associates College degree (or equivalent experience)
  
• Must have manufacturing experience - plastics preferred
  
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Plant Supervisor preferred
  
• Ability to lead and develop employees at a high level
  
• Optimize production output
  
• Knowledge of machinery and tools

Compensation:

• Base salary to 80k/year
