Job Description

The Site Merchandising Specialist plays a key role on the E-Commerce Merchandising team. This role will be responsible for keeping product up to date on-site, managing seasonal product launches, tracking down on-site assets needed, owning on-site merchandising and interacting with many cross functional teams. This role is dynamic and includes a bit of everything as it pertains to the E-Commerce business as a whole, creative thinking and problem solving, data organization and project management.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

• Manages in seasonal product launches and end of season sales.
• Manages maintaining accuracy of on-site product information and execution of larger online merchandising strategies.
• Assist Digital Team with QA of all on-site dev initiatives.
• Provide support for miscellaneous web projects including select reporting.
• Works closely with Creative Project Manager to assist in planning product collections, pages, content updates, and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities.
• Manages the alignment of site features with email and promotional calendar.
• Partner with the Customer Service team to help improve the customer journey both online and offline.
• Works with Creative to provide support both Ecommerce & Marketing team members in tasks and projects, as necessary, including but not limited to product recommendations, product photography selects.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce Merchandising.
• High attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks.
• Experience in Google Analytics and Shopify
• Passionate about Ecommerce and customer experience.
• Self-starter, problem solver, enthusiastic team player.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 per year - $85,000 per year.
