Site Supervisor (Miami)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations for complex, high-end residential construction projects ranging from $5–30 million, with some projects extending beyond that range. These builds take place within the most affluent neighborhoods of South Florida, where craftsmanship, professionalism, and discretion are essential.

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep luxury residential experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex field operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Leadership

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and ensure efficient, organized, and well-coordinated workflow across all trades.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for field teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain a disciplined, professional environment that reflects the standards expected in high-value residential projects.

Project Management

• Lead field execution across all phases of custom single-family residential construction within multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Ensure all work stays aligned with project schedules, quality benchmarks, and the expectations associated with luxury-level craftsmanship.
• Identify risks, anticipate constraints, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving efficiently.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and maintain stringent quality-control measures appropriate for ultra-high-end residential work.
• Conduct daily and milestone inspections to verify that all work meets or exceeds premium craftsmanship standards.
• Enforce accountability among subcontractors and field teams for the quality required in luxury construction.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Manage logistics including material deliveries, manpower allocation, and complex sequencing requirements typical of high-value builds.
• Provide clear, timely site updates to project management and leadership teams.

Safety Compliance

• Maintain a safe, well-organized site with strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Reinforce a culture of safety across all personnel on the jobsite.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols standard to large, complex residential builds.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate daily logs documenting progress, delays, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Provide regular written updates to leadership and project management.
• Track key field metrics that support schedule progression and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising high-end residential construction projects, preferably in the $5–30M+ range.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate crews and subcontractors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain luxury-grade quality on complex builds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally in occupied or high-expectation environments.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety best practices, and luxury craftsmanship standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage high-pressure field operations smoothly.
