As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with trade partners, designers, architects, and clients, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain clear communication throughout. Compensation: • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Profit Sharing Opportunities • All necessary tools and materials provided for work use • Additional training provided for residential and commercial construction knowledge Responsibilities: • Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project plans, schedules, and safety standards. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency and quality. • Monitor project progress, address on-site challenges, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget. • Enforce job site safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. • Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets industry and project standards. • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and strong relationships. • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or cost overruns. • Plan and oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and logistics to optimize site efficiency. • Adapt to changing project demands and travel requirements as needed. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision with a focus on residential, commercial, or specialty projects. • Proven track record of managing job sites efficiently, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety regulations. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience in site supervision. • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, OSHA safety standards, and local building codes. • Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to direct subcontractors and trades effectively. • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities, able to make quick, informed decisions on-site. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Based in the greater Phoenix area with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the valley. • Experience in high-end residential, tenant improvement projects, and/or restaurant build-outs is highly desirable. • Strong scheduling and resource management skills to ensure smooth daily operations. • Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively relay information between field teams, project managers, and clients.
